Dear Suzy: Read my enry on the message board about motorhome ownership entitled 2002 Rialta-Great so far! With each new model year VW and Winnebago have made the Rialta more reliable and fun to own. You can see this by the comments written on ownership experience. I have had bad luck buying used vehicles so I definitely would want to see maintenance records and have the vehicle thorougly checked out. Engines and transmissions are extremely expensive to repair these days. You need to run a motorhome frequently and be able to do some basic maintenance and repairs yourself. My wife and I also have two children. We use the Rialta every chance we get, but we do not consider it a second car. Best wishes. Sincerely, David drglag@aol.com
