Question:
My father owns a 2000 Rialta. On a recent trip the brakes overheated and failed after a 20 mile decent down a ten percent grade. He even geared down to first but still picked up speed to the point when he had no choice to occasionally ride the brakes. Luckily the last few miles were straight and he just coasted with no brakes. Are there any bigger brake upgrades available for the rig or different components that better handle the heat? Mike
