Follow-Up:
I have a '99 rialta and it's great- the problem is obtaining service-my Winnebago dealer is great-absolutely no complaints. But, when it is problem related to coverage by VW there are few "authorized" VW dealers who will handle the Rialta. One in all of New York State, for example.
