Our Rialta now has 19,500 mile on it and is coming up on its 20,000 mile oil service. This summer my sister and brother-in-law took the Rialta for vacation from Florida to Michigan and back. On their return trip the A/C compressor crapped out. Fortunately, the weather was decent and they were able to drive with the windows down. When they got home I scheduled the Rialta to go to the dealer for the repair. Warranty covered all of the repair and so far the A/C works the way it did before. I have schedule the coach to go back to the R/V dealer to fix a broken generator exhaust strap and replace the side entry door weather strip. Lately, I have had to do more small repairs on the coach such as putting screws back into the table or tightening down screws. Big items I still take the coach back to the dealers for warranty. A lot of the stuff I fix myself since the repair is due to wear and tear of my kids as well as that of my sister's. We are thinking about purchsing an extended warranty for the coach since repairs on motorhomes can be so costly. If anyone has purchased an extended warranty for their Rialta and has good experience with it, please email me with the name of the warranty company. I know that some owners of Rialtas have been extremely upset with their purchase and have grown to hate the V/W dealers as well as Winnebago. To date, we are still enjoying our Rialta and have not had any serious problems to the point that we would regret our purchase. Recently, I received a email from a fellow Railta owner who did not like my first posting on this message board site due to my positve experience with our Rialta. He may not like this posting as well and that is unfortunate. Please do not send me hate mail if you do not agree with our Family's experience with the Railta.
