You didn't say what year Rialta you were looking at. We have a 2000 that has the Onan Generator in it.We don't use the generator that often but have never noticed the noise you speak of.I agree a tall person would have a problem with the head clearance. What is the fuel milage of the Toyota ? Just for the record...We love our RialtaDean
