We purchased our 2002 Rialta from LazyDays here in Florida in April of 2001. We now have 15,000 miles on our coach. Both LazyDays and Reeves Import Motorcars of Tampa (VW Dealer) have been very easy to work with. For the most part, our Rialta has been very trouble free. We did receive a recall notice on the hub caps and LazyDays took care of it promptly. LazyDays has also taken care of all of our other warantee needs as well. If you are thinking of purchasing a Rialta as a second or third vehicle you should purchase a car instead. The Rialta is a real class "C" moterhome which contains thousands of parts that need reutine maintenance and these parts do break on occasion. Reeves and LazyDays have been great to work with. Check out your RV Dealer carefully as well as your local VW Dealer. If they are not helpful or interested, select another brand of motorhome. Great dealer support is what makes owning a RV pleasurable. Even the best brands of Autos and Trucks have problems. Motorhomes are not cars and should not viewed as being as reliable as a car, but great dealer support helps to make up for unrelilability. Last, but not least, don't buy a motorhome if it is going to sit in your side yard or some storage lot most of the year. You would be better off renting one instead. We crank ours up once a week and take our daughter to piano lessons in it so that we can run the generator, A/C, water pump, cab A/C, etc. We also take it on short day trips around central florida once a month to give the engine and transmission a good Interstate run. For those folks who have done all of the things that I have mentioned and still have a lemon, I feel for you and know what it is like to own the "money pit on wheels." Sincerely, David
