Follow-Up:
I had a 86 LeSharo, it started to nickel and time me to death at 50,000 miles, you can find mechenics to work on them, but they will try to rape you because they have the tools to do the work and you do not. I now have a 95 Rialta and it is not as good of a motorhome as my LeSharo, but you can take it to any VW dealer to be repaired. If you live in snow country you will have a hard time finding snow tires for the Rialta. They now have American made vechicles that look like the LeSharo and the Rialta, and I think they will be my next buy.
