Follow-Up:
I think the chinook or the isata is similiar...however the engine is much bigger thus more gas expense....I called Winnebago direct and told them the route we were taking on our upcomming trip...they gave me names and numbers of service areas along the way....I will admit some of them are out of the way....but, we are taking spare parts like filters, belts etc....consumables...and my husband is mechanical so I think he can handle the small stuff...we also joined Good Sam Club and they will tow you forever.....we have a 2002 and we have been on one trip...so far so good,....
