Follow-Up:
My parents had the exact same thing happen to them on their return trip from Phoenix to the SF Bay area. At 70mph, they lost the entire passenger-side rear axel assembly on their 2002 Rialta. Have had no response form numerous calls to Customer Care. Also not aware of any class action suit - can anyone provide me with any other info reagrding this suit..?
