Follow-Up:
I am currently in legitation with Damon Corporation over a 2000 Damon Escaper. The problems are numerous and some of them are dangerous. All of the problems are ongoing literally from the day of purchase. Factory and dealer are blaming each other and stonewalling to the max. I too am 54 and have been in business off my life. In this triangle of factory, dealer, and consumer, the later seems to be the only looser I have been told that this could take as long as 4 years before it either goes to court of settles. Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Donna
