I don't get involved in law suits but. If a single bearing on one side, or brake lock up incures, this may twist a axle, causing futher problem down the road. Like miss aligment or breakage. NOTE; THESE ARE ALL UNDER THE HEADING OF MAINTANCE. Grease bearing and maintain proper service on brakes. Hope I could help
