You don't say which model Rilalta you have or which refridge you have. Either way, Even though it's out of warranty that fact that you have had it repaired 5 times says that they should replace it, not simply try to fix it again, and they should. Call Norcold directly and see what they will do. You might find them responsive. Good luck.
