Follow-Up:
Hi, we had the same problem the morning after we returned from Crestwood with our 2004 HD Rialta. Apparently it has nothing to do with the battery but is connected with the position of the steering column. It needs to be in a certain position - I experimented until I found it (the VW Passat is similar). Hope this helps. Ed
