I agree with your assessment for the most part David. However, I do use our 2002QD as a second car in Tampa. Since I work in Miami, live in Tampa, I keep a car in Miami. My wife has her car and I have the Rialta in Tampa. We use it to go to the store, restaurants, shopping at the malls etc. If I get tired of shopping at the mall and she wants to continue, I simply go out to the RV, crank up the air and the TV with the generator and not miss the golf match. MIght even have a cold drink or snack. Often, when waiting for our table in a restaurant, which can take an hour or better, we wait in the RV with a glass of wine and some nice music and it sure beats standing around like everyone else. Since we are not real campers, the ease of handling and economical manners of the Rialta made it our RV of choice. With regards to Lazy Days, it is nice place to visit and fun to walk around comparing models however, when it came to buying one, they were $8000 higher than Harberson Swanston in Holiday, Fl. Living in North Tampa, both dealers are close and I have also found Reeves to be attentive and certainly equipped to handle the Rialta. Good luck with yours. I'll wave at you if I should pass you in Tampa. Eli
