Wow. Dan, I realize this is your site, and I also understand and even sympathize/empathize that you've had some bad experiences with the Rialta, but your last sentence insults far more people than it's going to help. Check out the Rialta Yahoo Group -- they get an average of over 800 messages per month lately, mostly from people who are enjoying their Rialtas. That's a lot of dumb people enjoying miserable company...or maybe that's 194 group members who have been "had" and just don't know it yet. You provide a great service to potential and even current Rialta owners, and I frequently recommend your website to people as an "other side of the coin" perspective on the Rialta. But insulting fellow Rialta owners (afterall, YOU did own one at one time), makes your real issues that you encountered seem all the more like an isolated and bitter incident. If you want to help people, specifically with this situation, you're wasting your time (and money) with lawyers. Your time would be better spent getting the government involved with regulating the RV industry for quality, safety, and better lemon law coverage. The RV industry currently regulates itself (or not), and doesn't have the foreign competition that helped out the auto industry to improve their quality and service a couple of decades ago. Continue to fester over a vehicle that you don't even own anymore isn't going to help anyone, including yourself. Good luck to you. -- Chris
