Sorry Carol...You along with several on this board are the exception. My 2002 works great and I have had no problem getting service. On another Rialta board with over 400 members, 95% seem very satisfied along with about 10,000 Rialta owners on the road today. There is always a possibility for a lemon and that's why we have laws that can protect.
