Follow-Up:
I had the problem on the rear axel and determined that the axel was bowing which means it is too weak. I fixed the problem myself by attaching an axel length piece of 2inch by 1inch rectangular tubing (1/8 inch wall thickness)to the bottom of the axel using "u" bolts.
