Dan of course is right. You must find an attorney. We found just the right law firm for our "Dieselgate" case against GM. We would not have won a settlement without them or with another law firm. Our case was an enjoined lawsuit with several plaintiffs. Ther was a class action in New York however we wanted to pursue our own remedies and did.
