I have not heard of a class action suit for the rear axle. He might be referring to the the maintenance availability one. Jennifer, your leaning problem could also just be from loading or holding tank status. If your holding tank is full and your freshwater tank is empty, you could end up with a lopsided RV. Or if you have a bunch of stuff stored in the closet and then not much on the other side. This is true for all motorhomes, and could just be that you need to balance out the load. It could also mean a worn shock, spring, or suspension air-bag.
