Follow-Up:
There is a fellow named Dan who apparently started this board as a means to gripe about service issues. You can check some of the posts and you will see Dan listed with his displeasure over owning a Rialta. You have to realize that this is the sole purpose of this site and there are other message boards that report the positives of owning one as well.
