Steve, Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I hope you're not just using one message board to form your opinion of the Rialta. I've added a link below that displays a number of other Rialta resources that will give you more of a grand sample. Like the other post said, you'll find that most people who post messages on message boards aren't doing it to say, "This is the best vehicle I've ever owned! I recommend it to everyone!" They are usually complaining, and more often than not, about a specific problem -- usually in a productive, I-want-to-fix-it way, but sometimes in an I'm-fed-up-with-this-product way. As I have posted here before, you can end up with same lacking support problems if you buy a Chrysler based RoadTrek van camper. Although there are more Chrysler dealerships out there, are there more Chrysler dealerships out there that are willing to work on an oversized vehicle? Probably, but maybe not. Motorhomes in general are kind of considered the ogres of the vehicle world -- a lot of mechanics feel their just to big and troublesome to work on. It's just one of those things that comes with motorhome ownership. Winnebago and VW are making some efforts in resolving the support issues, but in the end, I think that most owners are going to do what everyone does with a motorhome once it's out of warranty -- take it to a 3rd party repair shop and get the work done for a lot cheaper. I'm willing to bet a bank account that there are more current and past Rialta owners who like the Rialta versus hate it. Check out the attached links and work with a good sample of opinions. This website is sort of an anti-Rialta website, and although I think it is an excellent and very important resource because of the negative experiences that the webmaster and other visitors have posted here, I don't think you should base your entire opinion on this one site.
