Follow-Up:
I wrote to VW and obtained a listing of VW full-service Rialta dealers, and list of VW limited service Rialta dealers. The difference I'm told is that full service dealers have the lift to completely raise the Rialta off the ground for undervehicle service. Will be glad to email anyone who would like a copy.
