Follow-Up:
J.T. Check your purge canister valve. (Located on top right center of engine) Just pull the vacuum hose off, plug it with a golf tee, and see if the engine clears up. If that is the fix, just tie off the vacuum hose and leave the tee in it. Cheapo fix and you don't need the canister valve anyway.
