Language files Must first be turned on in Global configuration
From the Edit Tab
To Change the Language, Click Set Language
To Edit the Language File, first select a Language, then Select Translate either Global or Local
Then Edit the language words by Pressing Enter Key in the Translation Type. The first Window will be the Local Translation which includes only those
words in the Procedure you are in. By Clicking All Global, you can Edit ALL words in this particular
Application that is running.
