I think you should re-think your statement!!! This company can not be resposible for conditions they have no control over. Was said coach parked in the elements or in covered area? It tells you in manual to inspect roof seams and at once a year re-calk. You and I were not in the conversation between your father and service people at Winnebago. I have owned three Winnebago products and sure I have had problems but they (Winnebago Ind)have always been there for me. Did your father go to a dealer or direct to Winnebago. Sometime this makes a difference.
