Welcome to the club! You are lucky you only have to go 30 miles-consider my case 90 miles. There is a listing called Rialta/Volkswagen Service Dealer Directory that lists the approved service centers. If you have not already discovered it, you will find that Rialta Sevice Centers only will work on the MH box built by Winnebago and Volkswagen Service Centers will only work on the VW portion (engine, etc.) There is no crossing over. Dealers not on this list will not touch any warranty work.
