I get at least 5 emails a week documenting the serious problems owners are having with the Rialta. Find an attorney familiar with fraudulent consumer warranty's. You could also test the lemon laws, but they stink in most states.. The fraudulent warranty is the way to go.. You will have the federal gov and the Fed Supreme Court on your side. Try not to get distracted by the people who say that all RV's will give you trouble like the Rialta... At least the other RV's have a viable warranty..
